ABOUT THE ARTIST

I'm an oil painter specializing in portraits, figures, farmers market produce, and other explorations. My work focuses on the use of color and contemporary composition, combining playfulness with classical oil painting techniques. In addition to many oil painting and drawing experiments, I teach quite a bit locally, everything from intro oils to artistic anatomy.
