Color spills from all my bones.

My hands touch brush, paint...and sing.

Our bodies store our stories.
With my painting, I tell the stories with the colors within the colors,
with the newness of the ordinary,
the magic of the miracles,
the awakening of the senses.

In my life and my work, I have been honored to focus on evoking the unknown, to listen to people's stories, to absorb, to inspire and to be inspired.

My paintings challenge their audience to feel and to believe.

Leslie was raised outside of Chicago and received her B.A. in Design at UCLA.

She has enjoyed multiple exhibitions of her work in Atlanta and Madison, Wisconsin. Now based in Madison, Wisconsin, her paintings can be found in California, Washington, Utah, Missouri, New York, Illinois, Wisconsin and Georgia, as well as New Zealand, Argentina, Israel and France.
