ABOUT THE ARTIST

19 years of ceramic pursuit distilled into a single vessel. Using cheeky juxtapositions and signature dipping methods with wheel thrown stoneware clay bodies, I create one of a kind works designed to elevate your daily rituals.

CREATIVE PROCESS

Working from my home studio and the Midwest Clay Project, I explore the fluid chemistry of wheel-thrown cone 6 stoneware to create "vessels with volume." My process prioritizes sturdy, elegant curves and flowing glazes that feel as good in the hand as they look on the table. Alongside these graceful forms, I craft floral mugs with cheeky sayings designed to offer a delightful surprise upon comprehension. My ultimate goal is to create functional art that sparks genuine joy in the hearts—and humor—of those who use it.
