ABOUT THE ARTIST

I have always loved working with materials by hand, especially drawn to color and design. I have a background with textiles, and currently using all kinds of paper for collage and jewelry construction. I am inspired by colors in nature and combining materials for sparkle.

CREATIVE PROCESS

I use discarded and thrift store books to cut up. I make paper beads by hand and seal them with polymer. My earring designs add crystals and other beads. My cards are collaged with the same paper used in the earring. The finished card is mounted flat, appropriate as a gift with room to write something on the back.
