I have always felt a deep awe and appreciation for all the mundane (and the extraordinary) things we get the pleasure to experience every day. I think it's easy to forget how amazing it all is in such a fast paced and focused world. Making art for me is a way to really take the time to appreciate the things I feel drawn to, and a way to share my reverence for everything with others.
