Toni Starr

I am a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design with a major in Communications Design and Art Education. I have lived in Wisconsin for almost 20 years, and before that in Arizona, California and Maine and have taken influences from each of those varied locations. In recent years, I have exhibited throughout Wisconsin and have sold artwork here, in NYC, and through contacts around the world. I enjoy color and movement and try to incorporate whimsy and fun in m expressive interpretations.
